hey guys, as my subject said, how many brake hoses does a 89 jetta 16v have???
i just received my SS lines and the package had 6 lines!! why are there 6 lines? my car only had 4? one other local shop i talked to before ordering said it was 6, i thought they were crazy, so didn't order from them. did some need them and some not? so then just don't use the extra two? it looks like the sizes are right just 2 extra hoses(female-female) the picture in the bentley is not very clear but looks like one per wheel!?! one again my car is a '89 16v jetta, manufacter date may 88, 9.4" front(88 size/style), 8.9" rear (late style calipers), it is a factory rear disc car.
