hey all, i need a lesson in engine technology after hearing of someones(horwood) resent purchase of a VW motorsport 16v soild lifter head, i have to ask, why soild lifters? i'm guessing the reason is hydylics are used for ease of maintaince quite operation and in a race engine maintaince and noise are unimportant?
