Update..... Yesterday I hooked up the meter and checked the DPR value...... ZERO.... yup, no reading at all.
I pulled the 02 sensor and it was BLACK with carbon. I replaced it with a brand new factory O2. Started it back up, symptoms are exactly the same..... checked the meter and still got no reading. Started raining so I quit for the day. This morning I went out and hooked up the LED test light. I have ran codes before in the past with no problems. This time as soon as I hooked in the LED, it lit up, even with the ignition off. I am using a 1/4 330 OHM resistor on the negative leg as required. What gives? I would hate to start throwing parts at this thing wildly!! ($$$$) HELP!! - Josh <<<<<<<<<<< Old stuff- motronic..... high idle untill you unplug the DPR then it drops to about normal Ok, so the full throtle switch takes the O2 out of the equation correct? I set the DPR voltage to set it to 2.5, then the next week it got funky on me. I think maybe it is rich and killed the O2? It started acting funky at the track after I shut it off and restarted it. Then I drove it home and it would only run 'right' if I had it floored.....part throtle was all ****ed up. I'm going to install a new O2 and reset the mixture and see if that fixes it. Def NOT going 2.5 this time, prolly go 4..... >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
