Did this on my old jetta. The first thing you need to do is check behind your B pillar to see what arrangement the factory gave you, fixed B pillar mount or sliding.
Once you've done that, you'll need to go to a junkyard and scavenge the necessary B pillar trim peices, bolts, washers plugs for the holes left by the passive restraint bits, etc. Then order a pair of new seatbelts and two new door gaskets.
