I have a deposit down on a R32. #1 at my dealer since last fall. I was planning to sell my gli. I have since spent the winter working on it (it comes off the road in the winter) and can't bring myself to sell it. I just love my car and have put too much into it to sell it. I will probably get my deposit back and plan to totally restore my gli this or next winter. The good thing is I started a direct deposit to a separate car savings account for the down payment on the R32. This account just became my restoration/mod kitty. I plan to make my final decision after I have had it on the road for a while. I will be getting it on the road tomorrow. It was ready to come out a month ago, but I just got back from vacation and didn't have time before it. Can't wait to have it out. So tired of driving my slow rusty Nissan pickup. The one nice thing is I always appreciate the speed and power of the gli every spring all over again.
