Thanks to everyone for their replies.  Hearing that all I really need to
upgrade are the 11" carriers brings me to a new bargaining point with the
guy selling them.  Of course, a set of good discs and good pads will be a
few bucks, but it will be all worth it if I can find some carriers for $10
ea or so.  Hmm...I wonder how much the dealer sells just the carriers for?
Can't be TOO expensive (note the sarcasim)!
