Hey all, Just moved to Portland, OR from Raleigh, NC. Got Oregon plates today and need to mount a front plate. No front plate in NC. How best to mount the front plate on a 91 GLI (big bumper). Just use screws thru the front bumper or is there a proper license plate hanger that is recommended?
