I'm uncertain if there are any pre-fab brake duct kits for big brakes but when I replaced my front bumper with a big bumper skin, we installed 4"x6" ducts in the fog lamp openings. It takes a bit of trimming (of the ducts) and a couple of small holes in the rebar to hold the duct securely. We ran 3" hose from the duct and secured it to the front of the control arm to blow are on the caliper and rotor (no backing plates).
