I had that shock. I was quoted over 100 bucks to replace it. I didn't bother.

I currently the non-hydro rear mount and the insert for it. They are combined with the Poweflex old style poly front mount and the Turn2 solid rubber tranny mount. Its a bit excessive at idle, but its not bad while driving.

If I'm not mistaken most 16V's have a little shock on the passenger side
motormount (some refer to it as a Hop-Kit).
I'm told it's the hardest mount to replace.
But I would be a good idea to replace it with a rubber or poly mout.
