Thanks All for your input....size is 9mm 12 pt socket. I may have some more
questions as its been a year since I was last working on this car. Family
crisis got me side tracked.
Not sure if I can remember how all gets reassembled but I do have the
bentley...so will see how it goes.

Hi All,
Does anyone know what type of tool is needed to remove the bolts in the
flywheel. I dont think (but i may be wrong), they are regular 12 pt socket Time
to get up on this job that i originally started a year ago.
This ofcourse is my 89 gti 16v
