Greg, I was successful getting it covered two years ago with over 145K miles. The dealer was useless when asked if they would pick up the tab. Work with VOA and they will approve the work as soon as it is diagnosed by the dealer. Be patient and persistant with VOA. I have a PDF file of the letter that went out back in 1991 if it you want it.
