Tony,

Check the length of the line needed and then go to a local parts store and see if they stock it. Take the old one with you because VW uses "bubble" flares at the fitting ends. Even if the line comes a bit longer than required, you can always slowly & carefully loop it around an round object to get it down to the correct length. We converted an 89 Jetta GL to Corrado rear beam/brakes/etc. and that is all we had to do. Yeah, it ain't pretty but it works!!!! Just keep in mind you are working with metric brake lines and bubble flares. ALWAYS take the old parts with you........Jack


So I guess my question is how do I fix this line?  Can
I get a whole line from vw from the rear prop valve to
where the rubber line was by the rear beam? Or can I
use brake lines at the local auto parts store and
"splice into" the old line?
