I checked mine, today.  90*F ambient temp, my MFA showed oil temps of
225-230 without the AC on, 260 with..  This is in slightly dense traffic,
and cruising at 50mph.  slow speeds (sub 30) saw oil temps of the 265-268*F
when sitting..

My old 2l 16v would see oil temps of 220+ consistently
just driving down the freeway.

My next 2l 16v ran about 10 degrees cooler.  I'd say
you're car is performing exactly as it should...
