I had the volvo plate, but never installed it.  Sold
it awhile back.  Oil cooler stuff is pretty critical,
I wouldn't buy used.  You don't know what happened to
the previous motor and whats in the core...

I was seeing 220-230 oil temps regularly with my stock
16v...
