Hi WanMil, I think I found a few special cases where the highway count is not correctly maintained when ways are split. Maybe this happens now more often because the merging produces longer roads. Please check my patch posted here: http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/pipermail/mkgmap-dev/2013q2/018344.html
