Hi Andreas, the problem occurs while reading the ovm*.img files for the overview map. It seems that mkgmap reads a POI without a label, thus the NullPointerException. The code contains no check for this, so I guess it normally never happens, so maybe it is an I/O problem. If you can reproduce the problem and there is no simple explanation like a full disk please post the style and describe how you create the pbf files so that I can reproduce the problem.
