Hi all
finally i got a solution to fix this behaviour after all your hints. I
split whole central europe into two or more parts with the dividing line
beeing a complete straight line from east to west. With the resulting
maps the device is happy, for the first glance no anomalities found and
also the routing across the maps is working.
