(Sorry the reply took so long... things have been rather crazy here.)
Okay, Misha, I've looked over your proposed designs and can make only one
suggestion: rotate the bow and axe 90 degrees clockwise. First, this tightens
the top angle between the bow and the axe for a more aesthetic look (in my very
humble opinion), and secondly, it puts the bow before the axe. This makes
sense to me, as a Long (to my mind at least) would generally prefer to strike
stealthily and silently from a longer distance, but is always ready with close
quarters. Just a thought. No text around the edges? ("Metamor Keep" above,
and "Long Scout" below, for example?) I like your idea of something to
designate rank within the Longs. Maybe a crossed pair of laurel branches

Just a basic sketch of what goes where so whoever places the order has a
reference of the layout to give to the company that makes it. Another option
would be to talk it through with one of the artists on the list.

Chris, would you be able to draw up the design?

thinking the same thing. I know I'd want at least two myself! Anyone else want
one? As for who to do it I found many sites on Google by just searching for

interested in a multiple-badge run that people of the List could have?

Just Google custom sew-on patches. It wont be cheap for a single patch if done
in a set of 10 for instance it runs about 130$ with price dropping off
drastically as more are ordered i think i was quoted 40 for a single run of one
patch.
