molto semplicemente da una verifica veloce:
L' indirizzo IP è assegnato all' Politecnico di Torino, il fatto che
abbiano fatto una tipologia di autenticazione cosi, rudimentale potrebbe
essere solo per una questione di semplicità, oppure ancora non hanno
termitao il sito, o ancora stanno aggiornando i server.
Quello che posso dire è questo, lascio la parola a chi ne sa piu di me
sicuramente
