Details:
SUI can be disabled in emule so here is a toggle for ml. (enabled by
default)
The patch also cleans up some logging lines, some code in donkeyClient, and
removes the superfluous MLDK extra bytes from HELLO packets, since we have a
compatibleclient=10 tag with which to identify mldonkey.
