Follow-up Comment #5, patch #4477 (project mldonkey):
src/config/mingw/os_stubs_c.c
This file is only used with mingw. You don't need to think about
compilers/environments/systems other than mingw here.
winsock.h is included for MINGW in the os_stubs.h.
