Follow-up Comment #2, patch #4909 (project mldonkey):
@zet:
4. <- done
3. The output of "used OS" is useless in production version, users know which
OS they have, and if they do not know, they do not care.
2. <- agreed
1. From ocaml/README.win32
=============================================================
The native Win32 port built with Mingw
--------------------------------------
REQUIREMENTS:
This port runs under MS Windows NT, 2000 and XP.
Windows 95, 98 and ME are also supported, but less reliably.
=============================================================
So its not really known if MLDonkey will work on Win9x/ME but
because of their limited TCP/IP stack, using it there makes no fun.
