Details:
Instead of computing libmagic values for all unknown files once
per minute only compute them for single file downloads when
chunk 0 is verified. For multifile BT downloads currently this
computation only takes place when vd #num is called.
This should avoid blocking MLDonkey when torrents with many
sub_files are downloaded.
