Details:
This may not fix the loss of all peers, but
o dont create multiple identical searches when create_keyword_search or
recover_file is called again, while the search still exists
(create_keyword_search seems be called again one minute after the inital
search?!)
o only add peers to the search we are really sure about (kind < 3)
o peers we send a OVGetResults could get readded the the search and asked
again (i saw upto five times). Now we remeber them.
o debug command "dump_searches" (show peers)
