Follow-up Comment #1, patch #5486 (project mldonkey):
Here are two patches, one to fix the upd bw monitor and one with the new
ov/kad search. Please test together, watch if you loose all peers and please
post me via pm yout kad_stats/ov_stats when the "seconds alive" shows more
than 45 seconds. Thanks
Just a comment to udpsocket9.patch: the tcp bw monitor is informed when udp
uses bw and we start with half of the max_upload as remaining_bytes. Mainly a
hack, but a way cleaner than the current version!
