Details:
This patch improves the information given for the "vd" command for the
sources of a bt download.
it has some generic parts that might go into cvs, and some less generic parts
that can be debated.
basically it defines a new interfacec op_file_print_sources_plain, and
implements this for bt files by reusing and modifying the html sources print
routine
