Follow-up Comment #3, patch #5642 (project mldonkey):
added a hashtable to store blockmaps of uploaders for a given swarmer, to
evaluate them (for availability), even if the uploaders are disconnected. atm
these blockmaps are rather quick discarded by the garbage collection, cause
they are no longer referenced.
i think about, where i should add a reference, so the blockmaps arent
discarded, as long, as the client is known.
