Follow-up Comment #7, patch #5596 (project mldonkey):
included some checks to prevent emule-rotational-request caused rerequests,
but outoforder-rerequests are allowed. (some naming changes like in pangos
avoid_duplicate_sending)
as before, 5596_2_2_alt_addon_3.patch is the addon patch for 5596_2_2.patch,
so one can test both methods. it has to be applied after 5596_2_2.patch.
5596_2_2_alt_standalone_3.patch is the standalone patch.
