Details:
o improved stats command:
o tell weather the network is enabled or not
o warn if there is a diff of 60 seconds and more between the last upd
packet send and received
o mark some options as obsolete (not sure if they should really be removed)
o replaced some tabs by spaces
o save bandwidth: send max 10 peers in search results (overnet peers ask
sometimes for 20 and more!)
