Update of patch #5821 (project mldonkey):
Summary: New variable for file_completed_cmd:
file_group_info => New variables for file_completed_cmd: file_group_cnt,
file_group_user, file_group_dir

Follow-up Comment #1:
All users who can see a committed file are now reported in
file_completed_cmd. Users can now create links between the
file for all other users, who could see the file.
Format of the new variables is like this:
FILE_GROUP_CNT=2
FILE_GROUP_USER_0=user2
FILE_GROUP_DIR_0=user2
FILE_GROUP_USER_1=user3
FILE_GROUP_DIR=user3
