Details:
- when a file in shared_files_new.ini (EDK share) is present
but not readable by MLDonkey due to insufficient rights this
prevented the binding/opening of ED2K-port due to an uncaught
exception. Weird error, because visible bug and cause are
unconnected. But the code to open the port is situated after
checking shared files, due to the uncaught exception this code
is never executed... This is now fixed. Also some error messages
are shortened.
