DC specific:
- create downloads from magnet links (no search for peers performed, either
wait for autosearch to catch up or initiate manually. FIXME?)
- show magnet urls for files (for easy sharing)
- show dc buttons on all dc tabs
- ensure safe tempfile name
- correctly shorten utf-8 strings in html ui
- show more file info on vd# page
General:
- enhance parsing of magnet urls (CommonTypes.parse_magnet_url)
