Instructions to unsubscribe from this list at the end of the message

webmin is now working well. When I used rpm -ql apache, I got no result.
So, I uninstalled the apache that comes with Mandrake and downloaded
2.0.47 fro the apache website. Now everything is working well - the
config of apache is very straight forward.

I'm now trying out the FTP. I've installed WU-FTP 2.6.2 and updates (I'm
sure of most of you, having heard this, will be concerned about security
- - but, I need something easy). As I've noticed, the user names who have
access to the FTP server must be actual Linux users, right? I logged in
to the FTP with my username/password and I was taken to my home
directory. Thefore, I have to create a user account for each user of my
FTP, correct?

The problem is that I can go to a higher directory then /home/keith, I
can even browse the root! How can I stop this from happening?

Thanks,

Keith
