Hi Most probably this question has been asked a million times and there were a hundre million replies! well still i've go to ask it....how do you share the internet?
I've got a PC , with Red Hat 9 installed, having 2 Nic Cards installed, one (eth0) connected to the ADSL Pro Modem and the other to the internal Lan (eth1). Now i've got another 4 PC all connected via a switch. I used to share internet from a Windows OS and it was relatively easy but i'm finig it quite difficult to set it up using Linux! I searched the internet and found that there was this application called Firewall-Jay or something similar ....didn't work! Some one told me about Squid....can't figure out certain details! (don;t really have much time right now) Can any one give me a small detailed account of how i can share internet! Thanks Nick
