Hi guys,
as far as I have seen as a highly configurable mail server is qmail.
I have been using it for the past 2 years with web access, IMAP and POP3
accounts. Also it can use SMTP authentication and IMAPS so that spam and
relaying are further reduced.
As an antivirus I have set it up with 2 free antivirus solutions and
also a content filter to eliminate email with unwanted attachements and
Subjects.
However the best part of this all is that the backup is just the backup
of files from the directory for the specific domain and can be imported
to a new server without any hassles.
