Hi guys, This chap appears to be for real - he just phoned me from Nigeria, reiterating all that he had said in his emails. He appears to genuinely want to send six students to Malta for Linux training. He did not specify their existing level of knowledge, or their expectations. Enquiries from Nigeria should be expected as money for software is in short supply and the "free as in beer" aspect is most attractive to them. However he appears to genuinely be prepared to pay.
I left it with him that one of the members of MLUG would get back to him by email. I guess that should logically come from our chairman, Ramon. I do think that we should respond soon.
