According to my last conversation with Maltanet, the traffic from the mirror is accounted to as foreign traffic. We already pointed this out from an MLUG perspective about this. I guess it should now come from the ISP users. The mirror is bandwidth limited from both downstream as well as upstream.

I was trying to download OOO for windoze to a laptop at uni and it was Slow! Also traffic from the mirror shouldn't be accounted for on the data threshold of ISPs, can someone confirm that this is actually the case. It might just be me, or my setup (which is close to fubar), but I was rather let down by the performance of the mirror.
