Well i have VMware Server 1.0.4 installed with WinXP as a virtual
machine, but when i start it up system becomes very unstable. I also
tried with Virtualbox OSE which totally killed my machine and also tried
KVM but my processor seems to not support VT-x technology. I tried to
check the BIOS and even upgrading it but i had no success.

VMware was the closest but machine works with hiccups when it's on. Mind
you, i installed Ubuntu LAMP server as a virtual machine on vmware and
it works nicely, so it must be something related to the XP virtual
machine but i'm not sure what to tweak to make it work better.
