Dear Sirs,
I have joined this group some time ago, during my stay in Malta. After my
departure, about six years ago, I have remained a member of the maltese LUG
(yes, I know, a quiet one). Now, I need a bit of your help.
At that time, I was a customer of some of the computer companies: IES,
Infomate, bits'n bytes, just to name some (it was one also in Zebbug, I think,
but I forgot their name). Anyway, I have checked yesterday some websites and I
was a bit confused: their websites are not so appealing. So, my question is:
Where are you buying your computer parts from? Or, do you buy brands?? and if
so, when you would like to upgrade something, from where?
Please let me know your opinion as I will have in the near future to buy/make a
computer for some friend I still have there and I would like to use the local
market (you know, support, warranty etc.).
