Hi all,

as a member of the AI Dept. at UoM, I would suggest that you hold some form of
regular discussion between the Linux user group and the Faculty of ICT. I am
not sure if there is some kind of liaison already in place or not.

What I know for sure is that the focus on Linux/UNIX has decreased over the
years, which will obviously have knock-on effects in industry since there is a
lack of serious expertise on Linux (it would also help to show proper surveys
of the demand for Linux in industry though).

Best,

Angelo Dalli
