Another dumb post. I have been using 'Bleachbit' since August 2009, with no problems. check out: http://bleachbit.sourceforge.net/
It is an easy way to free up disk space. If you do try it _please be careful_ as its rather powerful. Always use the preview button to check what files will be deleted before deciding to delete. It also a good Idea to take a look at the video on the link before downloading its .deb file.
