Yes it is. *sigh*  I don't feel like going through Yahoo's hoops anymore
so I'm telling our users to move away from Yahoo's email and tell
their "recipient" to do same. Sadly, most users won't be savvy or smart
enough to understand what is happening. It's a lot easier to blame the
small ISP because the big ones are "always right".

I can only assume that anyone is at risk if this has been going for
this long.
