Well, it is NOT EXACTLY Plug-and-Play. Xorg expects it in /etc/X11 than
in / than in ~/ than looks in any alternative places that are defined in
your distro. If it does not find it, then in starts to question devices
for known "answers" (keywords in database)
so, sometimes u do not need a xorg.conf file
for these who have 16:9 lcd monitor and a recent ATi card, the file is
attached
