The patch titled
     rculist.h: use the rcu API
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     rculisth-use-the-rcu-api.patch

This patch was dropped because of too much damage

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Make almost all list mutation primitives use rcu_assign_pointer().

The main point of this being readability improvement.
