There was talk of a Maemo port of it, I haven't heard anything recent though. There's an incomplete build of it out there somewhere though. The Maemo uses alot of the same software as some other handhelds e.g. the moko phone, so it (the Mnemosyne port) probably will run on those and others. At first I would doubt it, but Google says that the iPhone can run Python apps now. It doesn't say anything about Qt apps, so it probably can't.
