Thank you, Peter and Charles. I only have 5 grade 0 cards in my hand, so that shouldn't be the problem. The system clock wasn't changed, either.
Today I noticed the following: grade 1 cards were asked intermittently with grade 0 cards UNTIL I reached 35 grade 1 cards in my deck. Then, grade 1 cards stopped being asked and only grade 0 cards are being asked. In other words: only the new grade 1 cards that were added today (as a result of being graded down) were asked.
