I've improved several of these error messages, but I must have missed this one. They usually indicate a problem with the exported files. Things can go wrong at Mnemojojo (rarely), during the transfer to the phone (sometimes), or on the phone itself (less often). Each combination of operating system and phone seems to have its own peculiarities. Would you mind emailing me (off list) some of the exported files, from the cards directory: CATS CONFIG IDS STATS.CSV Please take them directly from the phone if possible. You needn't send the CATS file if you consider the data it contains to be private. The other files don't reveal much. Tim.
