Did you try what I did to get Mnemosyne updated?- "As an experiment, I downloaded the source for 1.2.2 and overrode the contents of my existing installation:
Mnemosyne.app/Contents/Resources/mnemosyne with the contents of this directory from the 1.2.2 source: mnemosyne-1.2.2/mnemosyne/ I launched the program without any trouble, and when I checked the "about", it said it was version 1.2.2. " Also, it turns out that not all special characters work after all- certain IPA symbols in unicode render as squares, unfortunately. I haven't worked on finding a solution to that yet.
