There's a number of ways you can do this, depending on how
paranoid/technically adept you are.

One of the most common options is to get a free Dropbox (
https://www.dropbox.com/) account, then save your decks inside your Dropbox
folder. The service is very simple to use. Literally all you have to do is
put your .mem files in your Dropbox, and they will be automatically synced
every time you close out of Mnemosyne.

If you'd prefer not to trust a free service with this info, there's also a
tool called Unison (http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/) that allows
you to synchronize your decks manually. On the upside, this gives you more
control, and doesn't require you to trust someone else with your
information. It requires more setup time and tech knowledge, though. It's
also not as easy to use as Dropbox.

Anything that allows you to synchronize files will work, honestly. These are
just the most common choices.
