Insofar as memorization that involves two (or more) steps of initial recognition and subsequently more specified recognition: I'm imagining a situation where initially you introduce a set of vocab words (say 20 new words) - some of which include conjugated or declined forms of the same word (for sake of initial exposure and recognition). Once a word has been properly learnt, it would be nice to then splice these compound cards into individual cards (one specific conjugation or declension per card) for targeted learning (i.e. so I am no longer thinking "to sleep" = "dormir" /before/ "je dors"; once I know what "dormir" is, I can start building immediate recognition for "je dors" = "I sleep".).
I can imagine two different situations for this as well: one in which there is a common media file that would then be associated with each element of the initial compound card, or the original compound card would contain a media file for each of its element (&nd I suppose it would be possible for some sort of combination of the two). Would this be possible? / Is this something already done in 2.0? If not - maybe something I could learn to do1 Cheers, G. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mnemosyne-proj-users" group.
